• Does your company offer customization services or only produce standard specifications?

  Boomster provides customization services, mainly OEM metal parts (including plastic products) produced according to customers's drawings.
  We may also provide the standard products per your requirements if have specification details.

• Can you provide surface treatment and heat treatment in addition to machining for my product?

  In addition to providing hardware products, Boomster offers comprehensive services including various surface treatments and heat treatment requirements, as well as post-processing, packaging, product inspection, and export arrangements.

• What is the minimum order quantity?

  Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is the minimum amount of product that we are willing to sell in a single order.
   

  At Boomster, there are no fixed order quantities required. The MOQ is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific project and customer requirements.
